Diagnostic Left and Right Heart Catheterization
In this study we evaluate the arteries of the heart for any blockages. We also evaluate the pressures inside the heart.
Radial and Femoral Access Procedures
Procedures can be done obtaining access in multiple arteries. The most common access sites include the groin area and the arm. We try to accommodate any requests or preferences the patient’ want.
Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, IVUS, FFR, Rotational Atherectomy

Atrial Septal Defect Closure

Carotid Stenting
There are two ways to fix blockages in the arteries that supply blood to the brain. One is surgery and the other one is stenting. Visit us to discuss which one is better for you.
Upper and Lower Extremity Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty
Some blockages in the arms and legs can be fixed with a simple balloon. This forces open a blockage improving the flow of blood. Visit us to see if you are a candidate for this procedure.
Lower Extremity Stenting
Some people have blockages in the arteries of the legs that cause pains when walking. If this limits your quality of life, visit us to have an evaluation to see if you are a candidate for this procedure.
Laser and Orbital Atherectomy
We use the latest technologies to improve blood flow to your legs. We can do this in our outpatient/office laboratory. Visit us to see if you are a candidate for these therapies to improve your claudication or leg pains.
Tibial access for lower extremity interventions
Have you had prior lower extremity (leg) interventions which were not successful? Perhaps using a different approach is the answer. We perform tibial access procedures in which we cross the wire from the foot up. These sometimes have better success rates than using a convention approach. Critical Limb Ischemia Interventions

Hacemos procedimientos con acceso tibiar en donde cruzamos el alambre del pie hacia arriba. Las probabilidades de éxito con esta técnica a veces son mejores que utilizando un método convencional.
